Uninstalling Windows Update KB2670838

There is a Windows update that is known to stop video from playing within the 4D software. To uninstall this follow the steps below:

1. Press the 'Start' button and in the menu that appears type in 'Programs and Features'. You should get a menu item like the one below.
   
   
   
   
2. This will open the programs and features dialog. From here click the link on the left hand side that says 'View Installed Updates'.
   
   
   
3. In the list that appears you need to search for update labeled KB2670838.
   
   
   Highlight this and click uninstall.
4. Reboot your machine.
