The Lights Were Still On When We Came In To Use The Space

The lights in your space are controlled by something called Digital Multiplex (DMX). The lights will continue to show the last colour and brightness sent to them.
If the last person to use the software and the space did not eject the currently playing media, it could have left the lights on.

Ensure that once you have finished using the software you eject all media (using the global eject) from the system.
