Sometimes when a PC is not shutdown correctly or when an error has occurred, the PC will enter 'Recovery Mode'. This mode attempts to detect and repair any damage to the Windows Operating System that may have occurred during the error or fault.
If this is the case, turn all your projectors on manually using the remotes and see if you see an image something like this:
If you do, it is imperative that you allow the PC enough time for this to complete and follow the on screen instructions.
If you get no picture after turning the projectors on
If you don't see anything after turning the projectors on then contact your I.T department who will work with us to get your system back up and running.
