Sometimes after an update or after some hardware changes, the PC can muddle the screen settings about causing the software to display images incorrectly. To fix this first you need to open up the display settings on your PC.
- Using the touch mouse on your provided keyboard and mouse, close the 4D software, right click on the desktop and select Screen Resolution.
- You will see a number of different screens all numbered. The first two will usually be the main wall of projection. The third the floor projection and the last will be the extra wall.
To make sure that going from left to right the numbers corrispond with the correct projectors, press the Identify Button.
You should see a number on each projector. If the main two projector numbers do not match what is on screen, simply drag and drop them in the dialog so they look the same. Once you have done this, press apply. - If more screen seem out of order, repeat the above step until they all seem in the correct order.
- Start up the 4D software again and play a theme and it should be working normally.
If your problem has not been resolved by the above, contact your I.T department who will be able to help and if they are unable to resolve it, someone from our team will be happy to remote in and help assist you.
If we do call you to support this problem it is important that someone is in the room when we remotely access your system as we can only see what the computer thinks is happening, not what actually is happening.
